Complaints and remarks policy
All clients of Vitez sertifikacija, together with interested parties, have right to make complaint and / or remark on work of Vitez sertifikacija. If you are not satisfied with our communication, work of auditors, audit report, certification decision, etc. inform us as soon as possible, verbal or written way.
Vitez sertifikacija will take all actions in order to solve your complaint and / or remark in short notice.
In that manner we will contact all interested parties in order to process complaint and / or remark on objective and fair way and find adequate solution. We will inform complaint and / or remark applicant about solution and ask to inform us if they are satisfied with solution and all that in order to keep good cooperation. We will keep all Information about complaint and / or remark as confidential.
